Our Story
The idea for Eka Legal was born out of a growing need. As corporate compliance demands intensified, especially with rising expectations from investors, consumers, and supply chain partners, many businesses found themselves overwhelmed - not just in big cities, but especially in Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns. The few firms that offered specialised services in these regions were often unaffordable or fragmented. Legal help was scattered, costly, and inconsistent.

We saw an opportunity to change that. Eka Legal was founded to be a one-stop shop for corporate legal services - offering specialised, standardised, and affordable legal support under one roof. Our goal: simplify legal compliance for businesses across India, no matter where they’re based.​

About Founder
Vishwas Shrivastava is a corporate lawyer with a deep passion for simplifying the legal journey for businesses. With experience spanning corporate law, taxation, and intellectual property, and having worked closely with startups and established firms alike, he noticed a gap — the need for legal support that’s fast, clear, and truly collaborative. Armed with an LL.M and years of practical legal work, he set out to build a firm that breaks the stereotype of complex legalese and puts founders first.
